Mariel Hemingway

I am NOT a believer in diets or diet pills…they simply do not work and make you gain more weight than when you started… not to mention they set you up to fail. I am all about setting you up to win in your life by eating REAL food and enjoying your life. Slow down and taste the pleasures of what real food tastes like. Discover the delights of good food.
And with HEALTHY CURB, you have the FREEDOM to make better choices, lose excess weight, lower your blood sugar, and have more energy naturally. HEALTHY CURB IS MY CHOICE FOR HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS AND FOOD MANAGEMENT THAT LASTS FOREVER.
Everything we ingest has the ability to heal or hinder our
health. You may not recognize it at first, but eventually the
detrimental effects of poor food choices take their toll on your
body, your energy, your ability to be a spouse, a parent, a
friend and a worker. You feel beaten by your life and worn out
so you drink heaps of coffee to get through your day and even
that is not enough… it has to be filled with sugar so that at
least you feel pleasure from it. The worst part is the dip you
feel afterwards. You dive into a lull of exhaustion that leaves
you worse off than you were before, and this cycle continues day
in and day out and we don’t realize that we could make a
difference in the way we feel just by making different choices.
Healthy Curb is an excellent choice to make a huge difference in how you manage your weight.

Healthy Living Tips
Mariel's Balanced Plan For Life
You can read this tips in Mariel's book - "Healthy Living" available by clicking the link above.
First and foremost, start by taking Healthy Curb before each meal, and before snacks, if you need to.
Then, consider some of these tips to get even further down the path toward a healthy lifestyle.
Slow - Avoid convenience foods, cut out on-the-go eating, opt for simple foods, not instant anything.
Kind - Operate with an attitude of acceptance, not panic; give yourself permission to enjoy treats.
Moderate - Aim for a sustainable middle ground where good quality food serves your body and pleases you.
Eliminate or try to limit the 7 most common noisy foods.
Here are some simple substitutions to consider:
Try substituting condiments such as ketchup with healthy salsa from Newman's Own or Muir Glen which have minimal sugar and sodium and no additives.
Instead of high-fat, high-sugar treats like ice cream, candy and cakes, satisfy your sweet tooth with a few pieces of low fat natural products like dried fruit crystallized ginger or small portions of tart fruit. Fruit ices and sorbets will do in a pinch.
Instead of grainy sugary snacks or processed food snacks (cookies, cakes, crackers, cupcakes) try a handful of raw almonds and or walnuts and some tart fruit like a granny smith apple.
Instead of salty chips, nuts, or pretzels try a small handful of raw or dry roasted nuts Know what restaurants near your home or office offer the kind of food that supports you so you are not wandering in to some random place because you don't know where you're going. It helps to make a list so that you always have a good idea of where to go.
Here are some simple and little changes in your movement plan:
In the same way that minor changes to diet can create a vast and surprisingly quick improvement to your health, changing your exercise habits a little by adding in a walk where there used to be none, or trying yoga where you used to do the stairmaster while reading a magazine will effect considerable positive change in your life. Research has shown that when coupled with a nutritious diet filled with whole foods, the introduction of a daily thirty minute exercise session caused a significant decrease in subjects' risk of diabetes, cancer, and heart disease in just six weeks.
Whenever the "no time" message tries to derail you from moving your body, refuse to entertain it by reframing it in a proactive and positive way: "I have limited time, and I'm going to use it powerfully."
Plan Ahead for exercise. Schedule some time in advance. Tell your partner, kids, or whoever has expectations of you that you will be unavailable for those thirty minutes of the day. Don't get derailed by other things begging for your attention, like writing e-mails or talking on the phone.
Make it routine. When you commit to exercising consistently through the week and make it part of your routine, you avoid having to psych yourself up each time.
