The following research highlights conclude that Phaseolus vulgaris (white kidney bean extract), which is a key ingredient in Healthy Curb, is effective in blocking starches and promotes weight loss.
 

Phaseolus Vulgaris (White Kidney Bean Extract) Blocks Starches and Promotes Fat Loss

In addition to NT Factor, Healthy Curb contains phaseolus vulgaris from Pharmachem, an ingredient which blocks the absorption of most starch calories. Phaseolus vulgaris is a special extract of white kidney beans which, unlike most beans, does not cause gas, bloating or other digestive upset. It is approved as a weight loss aid by the FDA.


This is how phaseolus vulgaris works: When we eat starch, in grains, vegetables and fruits, our bodies produce an enzyme, called alpha amylase, to enable starch calories to be digested and absorbed.
